Requests for refunds related to returned goods will be processed on receipt of the product – it typically takes 3-5 working days for the funds to credit to your original payment method.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations if you make a purchase online or by telephone you have the right to cancel your order. Requests for refunds for cancelled orders must be made within 14 days of placing the order. It is your responsibility to send this request for a refund in writing to contact@simplepharmacyonline.uk.

All returned item(s) must be undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging.

Please DO NOT send any products, medication or pens back to us unless we specifically ask you to do so in writing. By law we will have to discard them once received and will not be liable for issuing refunds for any returned items unless we have asked you to do so in writing by email. This also applies to medication which have been returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts. Any returned items will be discarded and we will be unable to issue a refund for them.
